Sarillia

Custom build home nestled in the South Saskatchewan River valley. A tall order of 'wants' in a completely custom layout. Bedrooms for three kids; all on the same level as the master bedroom, vaulted living room ceilings, a living room that would  feel like a sun room, wrap around deck, and an open main floor with an adjacent flex space to use as a playroom while the kids were young and could grow into a study space and eventually a sitting room. All within 1600 sq.ft. and a strict budget. Goal accomplished.
